1. WELCOME
Dear guests
Thank you for choosing our Chalet Bambi for your vacation. Below you will find some information for your stay.
We wish you a wonderful stay!
2. WLAN
All information about the WLAN login can be found in the chalet at the entrance door.
3. check-out
We ask you to leave the chalet by 10 am on the day of departure. As an external company takes over the cleaning, we are unfortunately not flexible regarding the check-out time. Please return the key to the key box on departure. We ask you to dispose of the garbage on your departure and to wash the dishes.
4. TV
1. use the black remote control to switch on the TV

5. smoking
We are grateful that you respect the smoking ban in our chalet. There is an ashtray on the balcony.
6. waste disposal
Due to the rural location, there is no waste disposal in Mürren up to our chalet. You can dispose of residual waste bags in the container in the village of Mürren (at the BLM train station or at the old schoolhouse in the middle of the village of Mürren). We are happy to provide prepaid garbage bags for your stay.
7. supermarkets and stores
You can find everyday groceries in the Coop supermarket in Mürren below the Allmendhubel cable car. Opening hours vary depending on the season (also open on Sundays during the high season). You can withdraw cash at the bank
8. Taxi
Attention: There is currently no taxi company operating in Mürren. Only luggage transportation services are available.
For transportation services, you may contact the transport company Stäger. Please note that there is no guarantee that transportation will be available. We recommend calling in advance and making a reservation.
Transportation services operate Monday to Friday until approximately 4:30 PM. On Saturdays, services are available until 10:30 AM. No transportation services are available on Sundays.

9. Fireplace
Please do not use the fireplace. Unfortunately, it is currently out of order. Thank you for your understanding!
10. Heating
The heating system is controlled automatically. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please contact us via Airbnb. We will check the system for you.
Please do not adjust the heating settings yourself.

11. Fuse Box
If the electrical system becomes overloaded, a fuse may trip and the power supply may be interrupted.
The fuse box is located in the bathroom. You can easily switch the fuses back on if necessary.
12. Electricity Supplay
Please be mindful of the electricity supply in our chalet.
As the chalet is located in a rural area, the electrical infrastructure is not as powerful as in urban regions. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to use several high-power electrical appliances at the same time (for example: oven, electric kettle, heaters, hair dryer, or similar devices).
If the electrical load becomes too high, a fuse may trip and temporarily interrupt the power supply.

14. Guest Card
Guest cards have been prepared for you. There is one card per guest. Please fill out your card upon arrival.
